Job Overview

Our client, who provides a dedicated marketing agency service to its every account, is seeking a Print Production Manager. The successful candidate will be based on client premises in Hemel Hempstead, but part of a company wide print team providing print services to onsite and offsite clients. You will support all aspects of the management, development and delivery of the customers’ print communications – from customer relationship development and strategic development, through to briefing and execution.

This role will comprise delivering printed marketing collateral at a high standard, and on time, therefore communication within the Print team and other relevant divisions is necessary. Building good working relationships with key suppliers will be expected, thus the chosen candidate must demonstrate great interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the proficient completion of account specific management information/reporting will be a key responsibility.

• Print background with a working knowledge in Print
• A sound knowledge of commercial print production
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Excel in particular)
• Committed, resilient, service minded with excellent customer focus
• Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing
• Team player, with positive outlook
• Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of KPI’s
• Must be numerate
