Your opportunity

This is a 9‑month FTC Business Analyst role focused on supporting the improvement of processes that have been identified as not meeting client expectations.

Your main focus will be on improving client reporting by supporting the CX Delivery Partner(s) within the Client Experience team.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Business
  • Provide professional business analysis
  • Work with the CX team to assist in the development of solutions to build a scalable and robust operating model
  • Support the implementation of best‑in‑class client experiences by:
  • Work closely with Technology and Data teams to ensure business requirements are translated into clear specifications
  • Work with project teams to produce project documentation – e.g., plans, issue logs etc.
  • Help to define the to‑be operating model and support the safe landing of new processes into BAU
  • Test client reporting outputs for completeness and accuracy
  • Track and follow up activities on the plan and escape if / when needed
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Required skills
  • A strong interest in financial markets, asset management and investing generally, and willingness to rapidly progress this knowledge set
  • Effective analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self‑starter and proactive
  • Intellectual curiosity and aspiration to learn and develop
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team
  • Good planning, organisational and prioritization skills
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure data and content is accurate, relevant and consistent
  • Good IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics or Sciences) or equivalent work experience
  • Immediately available preferred

  • Exposure to Gen AI and Chat GPT
  • Experience in writing SQL scripts
  • A highly organised, flexible and pragmatic, problem‑solving mindset

Additional Information

You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.

Annual Bonus Opportunity:
Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
