Role
Taptap Send relies on hiring the best people to achieve our goals, as a Recruiter, you are a core enabler - you will play a crucial role in our growth and success.
You’ll join an established, high-performing recruiting function, partnering closely with a Lead Recruiter who is already delivering exceptional outcomes across Engineering and Product. This role is about adding leverage: owning searches end-to-end, driving quality and pace, and helping us scale a best-in-class global hiring engine.
You’ll own multiple searches end-to-end across Engineering and Product, supporting teams globally (UK, EMEA, US, and emerging markets), while partnering closely with hiring managers from kickoff through close.
You will be based in London, and should be excited by an in-office working culture

Requirements
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (Engineering and / or Product) in a fast-paced environment
- Background in agency or in-house at a startup / scale-up (ideally Series A–D)
- Proven track record closing high calibre candidates in competitive markets
- Strong sourcing instincts and a bias toward proactive, creative headhunting
- Data-literate: uses metrics to diagnose problems and improve outcomes, not just report activity
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity; resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- High ownership mindset - no task too small, but always focused on impact
- Strong judgment and backbone: able to challenge stakeholders and defend decisions with clarity
