We’re recruiting for a fast-growing, FMCG / lifestyle brand supplying their ranges to major UK retailers.

They’re looking for a Product & Account Co-ordinator to become the operational backbone of one of their most important retail partnerships.

This is not just product coordination, its end-to-end SKU ownership, launch coordination and critical path management, sitting at the centre of Account Management, Product Development, Purchasing, Design and global suppliers.

If you love product, organisation, accuracy and making launches happen on time, this is for you.

This would be perfect for someone who is a:
  • Product Admin, BAA, Account Executive, or PD Assistant, ready for more ownership
  • Highly organised operator, who enjoy being the “go-to” person
  • Detail-driven individual who take real pride in accuracy
  • Commercially curious person wanting exposure across product and account teams
The role:

You’ll oversee the full product setup journey across all ranges, from system creation to final approvals, ensuring everything lands on time and in full.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain accurate product data across internal systems
  • Manage critical paths and proactively chase missing information
  • Oversee artwork, packaging and print approvals (gold seal samples)
  • Coordinate testing documentation and technical submissions
  • Manage customer portals and approval systems
  • Review and update continuity lines and regulatory changes
  • Track samples, approvals and supplier documentation
  • Attend comp shops, especially around key launches
  • Attend customer meetings at key points of the year

This is a commercially critical role with real visibility, ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career within a fast-paced, retail brand, with genuine springboard potential across Product Development or Commercial pathways.
