As the EVP, Head of Client Services, you will oversee all client services teams in a specialised environment focused on growth and integration.
You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership
:
Own senior client relationships and set the vision for account success. - Growth and Development
:
Drive portfolio growth through strategic planning and consultative selling. Champion new business development through organic growth and pitching. - Operational Excellence
:
Oversee integrated delivery across scientific content, strategy, creative, and analytics. - Team Management
:
Lead and mentor client service leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion. - Client Engagement
:
Represent 21
GRAMS in senior forums and industry platforms. Support teams in navigating growth and delivering Global Agency of Record (AOR) accounts.
- You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- 12+ years in medical communications or healthcare agency leadership.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-market accounts and complex programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Deep understanding of medical/scientific communications and compliance standards.
- Inclusive leadership style and ability to build high-performing teams.
