As a newly created role, there will be huge amounts of autonomy and ownership on offer, while suiting highly curious and ambitious candidates looking to have a real voice at the table during this next growth phase.

Providing premium digital distribution and You Tube channel management services to a carefully curated roster of emerging talent, our clients invite-only platform ensures personalized attention for artists who wish to retain complete ownership of their work while accessing industry-leading tools to optimize their presence across the digital music ecosystem.

The team, boasting decades of music industry expertise, offer a bespoke service and taking care of all behind the scenes complexities associated. Ultimately, this allows their clients to maximise their revenue and grow audiences, enabling them to focus on what they do best - create music.

With tailored solutions for each individual client and their respective career journeys, services include supporting with music distribution, data analysis, promotion strategy, royalties and accounting and You Tube channel management. This comes with the ultimate goal of ensuring artists retain ownership of their music, protecting copyright and earnings, and expanding audience and revenue.

With global headcount for the team at 35 and scaling, and turnover at £35 million and growing year-on-year, this is an extremely exciting opportunity to grow alongside, and have a real impact on the expansion of the business.

The Role

This vacancy comes at a hugely exciting moment, with a newly created Director of Artist Management role also currently being hired. The business are in a period of exponential growth – with You Tube and DSP earnings up by 160% in 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. There is therefore the need to grow the team to meet the increasing demand and to expand our offering for the artist community.

This is a newly created role in line with the growth of the business, and represents a great and valuable opportunity to work under the leadership of a fantastic head of music and manage a junior sales team. The role, which supports flexible, hybrid working, will require an outward facing candidate that is adaptable and keen to work with one of the most exciting businesses in the music industry.

Duties
  • Targeting and signing Artist/Label/Management/Creator clients to the roster.
  • Effectively communicating our services and offerings to potential clients.
  • Nurturing client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborating with the Client Relations team, Operations team, Artist management team and other departments, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs and overseeing performance.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and major client accounts.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategy and drive sales.
  • Track sales performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics to senior management.
  • Work closely with the Client Relations team, Operations team, Artist management team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and growth.

Salary

up to £70k base + uncapped commission package (potential to double earnings package)

London (hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 from home)
