RoleWe’re recruiting a Commercial Manager to join a leading fintech in our Home Services team. You’ll help create, build, launch and manage Grow products and partnerships that make a real impact. Owning key partnerships, you’ll use our core commercial strengths to drive growth and deliver value at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing- Owning the commercial performance of your area, delivering brilliant customer outcomes that drive growth for Compare the Market
- Developing and leading high-impact partner relationships, influencing at senior levels to deliver shared growth opportunities and bring ambitious plans to life
- Working cross-functionally to understand customer needs and size market opportunities, translating insights into clear strategies that deliver the greatest return
- Championing innovation by spotting new ways to solve customer problems, creating compelling plans and investment cases that unlock growth across a range of products
- Balancing customer delight and ambition with robust regulatory and governance standards, making sure we do the right thing while moving at pace
- Leading partner contracting and commercial negotiations
- Previous commercial experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ambition to drive growth for yourself and the business
- A proactive approach, with excitement to take true accountability
- Comfortable delivering at pace, preferably within a regulated environment
- Understanding of partnership management and the market in which CtM operates
- Willingness to learn and develop deep product and market expertise
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Insurance experience would be advantageous
