- Collaborate closely with internal teams across London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid to deliver attentive client services throughout the full lifecycle of loan fund transactions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members who are eager to learn but require market knowledge, fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture.
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences across Europe, building brand awareness and cultivating valuable connections with potential clients and partners.
- Travel monthly to Paris for strategic meetings with senior stakeholders, contributing insights that shape cross-border business development initiatives.
- Work directly with sponsors on complex loan closings and transaction management processes, ensuring all parties receive attentive service tailored to their needs.
- Monitor market trends within the loans closing niche to identify emerging opportunities for expansion and innovation
- Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback for senior management review.
- Demonstrated experience in business development within loan administrative or trustee services environments, ideally with hands-on involvement in transaction management or operations.
- Proven track record of bringing new business through an established client portfolio of sponsors or law firms after non-compete periods have ended.
- Deep understanding of loan closing processes within niche markets relevant to third-party fund administration.
- Ability to mentor junior team members by sharing market knowledge in a considerate and collaborative manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports on pipeline activity for senior management review is desirable.
- Commitment to delivering high-level client services throughout every stage of the transaction lifecycle.
