An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join a well-established and growing business based in Central London.
This role is ideal for someone with at least two years’ experience in a bid or proposals environment who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, collaborative team.

The Role
As Bid Coordinator, you will join an existing bids team and work closely with the Bid Manager, supporting the end-to-end bid process. You will play a key role in coordinating bid submissions, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality, compliant responses.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating the bid process from start to finish

* Supporting the Bid Manager on live tenders and proposals

* Managing bid documentation, timelines, and compliance checks

* Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather required information

* Editing, formatting, and quality-checking bid submissions

* Maintaining bid libraries and records

About You

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bid, proposals, or tendering role

* Strong organisational and time-management skills

* Excellent written communication and attention to detail

* Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
