Housing Care is a London-based property repairs, maintenance, and “void-to-let” readiness partner helping landlords and estate/letting agents keep properties compliant, well-maintained, and tenant-ready. We deliver fast, reliable multi-trade support across London—reducing chasing, improving turnaround times, and making day-to-day maintenance simpler for property professionals.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with proven B2B sales success
, specifically selling into estate/letting agents in London
. You’ll be responsible for building and converting a healthy pipeline, winning new agency partnerships, and helping us become the go-to maintenance partner for property managers across the city.

This is a remote-first role
, with a few days in the office each month for structured reviews, planning, and performance alignment.

What You’ll Do
  • Win new B2B clients: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new partnerships with estate and letting agents across London.
  • Own the full sales cycle: From outreach and qualification to proposal, close, and handover to operations/account management.
  • Build a predictable pipeline: Create consistent activity across Linked In, email, phone, and referrals with clear reporting.
  • Run high-quality discovery: Understand agency pain points (turnaround time, compliance, contractor reliability, communication) and position Housing Care clearly.
  • Present confidently: Deliver compelling presentations, tailored proposals, and structured follow-ups that move deals forward.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene: Keep pipeline stages, notes, next steps, and forecasts accurate and timely.
  • Collaborate with ops: Ensure a smooth onboarding handover so expectations are met and partnerships stick long-term.
  • Contribute to go-to-market improvements: Share insights from the field to refine messaging, packages, and outreach strategy.
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
  • Strong, verifiable B2B sales experience with measurable outcomes (targets hit, revenue won, accounts signed).
  • Direct experience selling to London estate/letting agents (property managers, directors, branch managers, or lettings teams).
