Alliances at Slalom are a little different to elsewhere and we are looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager to join our UK and Ireland alliance team. Our aim is to be the most impactful partner to each of our alliances, transforming businesses together with our partners.
As Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will work with one of the world’s leading technology providers, leveraging Microsoft’s resources and expertise to drive transformative business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders and grow our Microsoft alliance. You must possess a passion for technology consulting and have experience building and managing alliance or client relationships. This is a role for an individual who wants to shape how we go to market and develop as a company in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities- Determines and drives to key partner revenue goals based on input from overall market strategy, market growth goals, and practice focus areas
- Coordinates with Slalom teams to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the Microsoft alliance
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Microsoft and Slalom needs on an ongoing basis
- Develops partner engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment and customer engagement, to support overall partner strategy
- Possesses a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measures
- Supports our practices in developing any GTM strategy aligned to the Microsoft partnership
- Works closely with Global Alliances marketing and operations teams to rollout global strategy and process in market
- Experience in partner management, technology sales, business development, or consulting services
- General understanding of foundational Microsoft technologies
- Strong executive presence and comfort in presenting at the executive level
- Self-starter with natural networking skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing a pipeline of future projects or opportunities across a diverse team with keen attention to detail, including comfort in managing to a clearly defined revenue plan
- Consistent record of driving ROI, customer acquisition, and deep executive engagements through creative marketing programs
- Willingness to travel for alliance meetings and conferences
