Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to work within our Core Product team, defining and shaping customer products & propositions that support our 2 million customers.

Your role will span the entire app experience - from onboarding customers and helping them achieve their financial goals, to launching innovative propositions that support our commercial targets, to ensuring our platform is safe, secure & scalable.

You’ll work closely with our Product Design, Engineering, Compliance & Customer Excellence teams to deliver products & experiences across the board. As a truly cross‑functional mission, you’ll not only be responsible for tackling ambiguous, high‑risk or urgent problems, but also innovating & creating the next‑generation of products & services for our customers.

You will be accountable for outcomes end‑to‑end, from problem definition through delivery, launch, and post‑launch impact.

What you'll do
  • Drive the Core Product roadmap forward, translating the high level vision & outcomes into concrete products & features that genuinely move the needle on our KPIs (such as Retention, Acquisition & LTV) and making clear prioritisation decisions across competing customer, commercial, and regulatory demands.
  • Lead the shaping of solutions from ideation to concept, working with design & engineering functions to deliver high‑impact products in an efficient and commercially beneficial way.
  • Own the pillar of a safe, secure & scalable app – ensuring compliance, fincrime, payments & customer experience projects are delivered end‑to‑end. You will define the success metrics, ensure adherence to any regulatory outcomes, manage any critical product changes and translate regulatory & security requirements into seamless, magical user experiences that build long‑term trust.
  • Own the development of propositions & products that help more customers achieve their financial goals, testing and iterating until product‑market fit is found. You will be an expert in gathering signals, analysing customer behaviour, and focusing investment where it delivers the greatest impact.
  • Mentor and coach mid‑level and junior PMs across the wider product org, contributing to the continued development of strong product practice.
Experience and skills
  • Essential:
  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Management, in highly competitive yet ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to shape and deliver high‑complexity, cross‑team initiatives with clarity structure, and strong product judgement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear direction and decisions for diverse audiences.
  • Confidence partnering with compliance, fincrime, payments & process teams without needing to be a deep specialist.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail on urgent, complex or business critical projects. You can deliver effectively, and communicate clearly, against tight deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in Product Discovery and Strategy frameworks, with a proven ability to decide what not to build as much as what to build.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders on strategic product direction.
  • Systems thinker – able to design and evolve experiences across multiple verticals (e.g. Home buying, Investing, Retirement), building scalable, coherent solutions over time rather than fragmented one‑off fixes.
  • Nice to have:
  • Ability to encourage, motivate and develop a diverse group of people towards a challenging goal.
  • Background in financial products, banking, payments, or regulated environments.
  • Experience building or scaling shared platforms or internal capabilities, including building tools or services that other product teams consume.
