Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + Commission structure (Dependent on experience)

Destination Education specialises in education recruitment, connecting high-quality educators with schools and building long-term partnerships that create real impact. We work closely with nurseries, primary and secondary schools across London and Essex, supporting them with tailored recruitment solutions and trusted relationships.

Role Overview
  • Building relationships with new schools
  • Expanding our partner network
  • Creating and securing new strategic opportunities
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of growth plans
Key Responsibilities
  • New school acquisition:
    Identify, approach and secure partnerships with schools and institutions.
  • Relationship management:
    Work with internal consultants to nurture and maintain strong school relationships.
  • Business growth:
    Generate new revenue opportunities by understanding market needs and positioning our services.
  • Strategy input:
    Help shape and implement commercial plans for the desk.
  • Reporting:
    Track progress, pipeline and outcomes; report to leadership regularly.
Who We're Looking For?
  • Have experience in business development (ideally within education or related sectors)
  • Are confident in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Are proactive, organised and target-driven
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels

  • Understanding of the education sector
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
