We’re supporting a confidential healthcare transformation consultancy seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant. The role will focus on supporting large-scale NHS procurement exercises, with a strong emphasis on commercial strategy, bid writing, and regulatory compliance.

• Draft and manage compliant bid responses for large-scale NHS procurement exercises
• Interpret NHS procurement requirements and evaluation criteria to ensure commercial and regulatory compliance
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop pricing, delivery, and value-for-money proposals

• Experience at procurement consultancy or in commercial procurement roles
• Strong bid writing capability with a focus on compliance and commercial quality
• Nice-to-have:
  Demonstrable experience responding to NHS tenders and large-scale procurement exercises
