Overview

Responsibilities
  • Own the relationship with select partners by defining common business goals and actively engaging with the defined cadence to ensure joint business goals are achieved. Define and monitor these goals and cadence (e.g., weekly visits to partner offices).
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders inside each select partner (e.g., CEO, CTO, client leaders/sales leaders, Out Systems practice leaders).
  • Define and own the go-to-market strategy by:
    • understanding select partner business
    • understanding partner strengths and skills (e.g., industry know-how, experience in customer journeys such as innovation, maturing and setting up a CoE, managing large core systems)
    • partner desires and investment vectors (e.g., internationalization, increase services revenue, increase client base, increase revenue in installed base)
    • define and own the GtM process and goals
    • design the Demand Gen plan with partners and set/monitor goals and KPIs
    • track, act, course correct, and explain the joint shared plan with each select partner
    • qualify inbound partner deal registrations and align partners with the appropriate sellers
    • stay current and facilitate progression of top opportunities sourced or co-sold with select partners and OS sellers; drive sales alignment through introductions and account planning sessions
  • PAMs are responsible for managing all select partners' lifecycle, namely:
    • Recruit, qualify, and onboard prospective select partners in collaboration with the GEO Channel team and Regional leadership to identify high-potential partners.
    • Encourage engagement with the Partner Center for education activity and digital journeys.
    • Manage select Partner Contracts for new partnerships and renewals; ensure partner program compliance.
    • Assist smooth transitions for non-Select Partners to our digital platforms and supporting groups (Partner at Scale).
    • Be the expert and go-to on the Out Systems Partner Program and related systems, processes, and assets; guide new/registered partners through the program, enabling them to leverage all elements including authorizations and competencies.
    • Serve as the central point of contact for all select partners on operational questions/issues.
