Overview
Our product is a productivity platform that helps individuals and teams get things done efficiently. It breaks down goals into actionable tasks, automates what can be executed, and provides an AI assistant to support work.
Key features include:
- Task & goal management:
Breaks goals into tasks, tracks progress, and organizes workflows. - Automation:
Executes tasks automatically whenever possible. - AI work assistant:
Supports task management, attends meetings, adds and completes tasks, assigns them when possible, and handles email reminders. - Focus & distraction control:
Blocks distractions and enforces commitments through monetary pledges, allowing users to stake money on completing tasks for extra accountability. - Meeting management:
Attends and reschedules meetings, summarizes notes, and maintains a document list of previous meetings. - Workflow infrastructure:
Provides a structured system to organize, track, and optimize work.
The product is designed to help users focus, execute more effectively, and manage their workload, while using monetary pledges to strengthen commitment and follow-through.
What you’ll actually do- Own the product from idea → MVP → product-market fit → scale
- Translate messy ideas into clear product specs and priorities
- Work closely with engineering (me) to ship fast and iterate faster
- Design and optimize operational workflows so we don’t drown in chaos
- Identify market gaps, validate them with real users, not vibes
- Build and execute go-to-market: early users, pricing, positioning
- Drive partnerships, pilots, and revenue experiments
- Make decisions based on data, not Linked In wisdom
- You’ve built or shipped real products before (not just decks)
- You understand product discovery, not just delivery
- You can balance user obsession with business reality
- You’re comfortable with sales, growth, and talking to customers daily
- You can run experiments, read metrics, and kill bad ideas quickly
- You don’t panic when everything is ambiguous
- Startup experience is a big plus, scars are respected here
- You’ve worked with B2C productivity, SaaS, or AI products
- You’ve taken something from 0 → 1 or 1 → 10
- You know when to say “no” to shiny distractions
