We’re looking for a passionate and experienced

Group Product Managerto join our team on afull time, permanent basis,to lead and inspire our Food Order Management & Order Promise domains and our product management teams - the digital backbone of our e-commerce propositions.

Role Overview:
As the Group Product Manager for Food Digital Order Management & Order Promise, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our digital transformation in this space. You will line manage a Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager, ensuring that our strategy continues to meet the needs of our customers and drives business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and vision for Food Order Management & Order Promise, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, including a Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, commercial, and customer support, to deliver high-quality impactful digital experiences
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully managing complex order processing systems or fulfilment platforms is required due to the highly technical nature of this domain.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing and developing a team of product managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a deep understanding of of modern product development practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
