Role Overview:
As the Group Product Manager for Food Digital Fulfilment, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our digital transformation in this space. You will line manage other Product Managers or Senior Product Managers, ensuring that our strategy continues to meet the needs of our customers and drives business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for operations and creating innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and vision for Food Digital Fulfilment, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, operations, and customer support, to deliver high-quality impactful digital experiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a history of successfully managing complex order processing systems or fulfilment platforms is required due to the highly technical nature of this domain.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for digital innovation and a deep understanding of modern product development practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with operations teams in a store or warehouse environment is not a pre-requisite but would be of benefit.
