In this position, you will be part of a diverse and tightly-knit team located in London. The environment is supportive, with a primary strategy focused on impact. As an Origination Associate/Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Impact and Origination team, contributing directly to identifying partners and building resilience in underserved markets.
- Work directly with the Investment Committee, supporting their decision-making by preparing materials and helping determine which deals progress to full diligence.
- Collaborate with the Lead on sourcing and financial assessment of new opportunities, helping the team understand real-world risks and rewards.
- Research and identify opportunities across diverse sectors, including the Global South and developed countries, focusing on women-led SMEs and community housing.
- Act as a trusted partner to investees and co-investors, managing relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Support the monitoring process to ensure that each dollar deployed is making a measurable difference.
- Approximately 3–6 years of experience in a financial analysis role such as Investment Banking M&A/LF, Private Equity, or Private Debt.
- Experience with or a strong interest in Emerging Markets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex information with clarity.
- A genuine commitment to social equity and supporting underserved communities.
- A top-tier undergraduate education.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without the need for Visa Sponsorship.
