You will work hand in hand with the European Financial Services advisory teams to ensure that GFS data, benchmarks and analyses are tailored to banking clients’ needs across Europe and are used consistently in advisory work.

The position is a member of the European Financial Services team and has a matrix reporting to the European Financial Services leader (based in Europe) and the GFS leader (based in the US). The Director will collaborate with a team of senior professionals, in Europe and the US, to enhance business development, optimize client relationships, and align organizational objectives with evolving market demands.

The Director will also provide expert guidance on the use of GFS data in advisory engagements, acting as the primary point of contact between advisory teams and the GFS data programme for European banking clients.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with W&R Practice Leaders, Industry Leaders, the European Financial Services advisory teams and the GFS data operations team to ensure a joined‑up approach to European banking clients.
