The Executive, Agency Onboarding Support supports daily operations, coordinates product launches and sales incentive payouts, prepares reports, and provides end-to-end support to the sales team and MDRT qualifiers.
* To support the operation process and ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly
* To handle the tasks that are required in launching and distributing products
* To coordinate with sales teams for payout of commissions/sales incentives to all intermediaries.
* Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
* Prepare the reports and data related to the customer service and operations functions
* To handle the end-to-end process of supporting MDRT qualifiers and the sales team.
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations
* Relevant Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred
* Strong command of spoken and written English with good presentation skills
* Good coordination, decision-making, and process management skills
