Operations Leader - SaaS Ai Startup

Operations Leader | High-Growth SaaS Start-Up | Central London (Hybrid) | Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)

We’re working with a high-growth SaaS start-up who are looking to hire an Executive Operations Partner to work closely with their senior leadership team.

This is a highly trusted role, offering direct exposure to the C-suite, where you’ll help drive operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to marketing and growth projects across the business.

Working day-to-day with founders and senior leaders, you will:

• Act as a key operational partner to the C-suite
• Support business operations, planning, and execution
• Partner with the CEO on key operational aspects
• Conduct research to support strategic decision-making
• Assist with marketing, growth, and commercial initiatives
• Help drive structure and process as the company scales

• A bachelors degree from a well recognised university
• Experience in an operations, executive support, or strategy role (startup or SaaS experience is a plus)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work autonomously
