We are working with a well-established creative production group seeking a Sales Director to lead their signage division. This is a rare opportunity for someone with both commercial acumen and operational experience to take a hands-on, end-to-end role – from client acquisition, site surveys, and project management to supplier management and delivery oversight.

The Role and responsibilities

Own and grow the signage division, taking over from the previous Sales Director and driving strategy, revenue, and operations.
Lead projects end-to-end, from client acquisition and site surveys to supplier management and delivery, leveraging your industry network.
Collaborate with business partners across exhibitions, museums, heritage, and events to maximize opportunities and cross-divisional growth.
Shape and scale the team, making key decisions that define the division’s future and operational approach.
