Senior Business Travel Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant with a strong corporate travel / TMC background (minimum 7 years’ experience) to support a key corporate account within a well-established UK travel management team.

This role is ideal for a Corporate Travel Consultant, Business Travel Specialist, or Senior Travel Advisor who thrives in a consultative, high-touch service environment and enjoys working to policy, process and service excellence standards.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering high-touch, consultative business travel and corporate travel services

Managing complex itineraries across air, hotel, rail and ground transport

Ensuring full compliance with corporate travel policy and SLAs

Managing bookings with exceptional attention to detail

Following and improving established TMC processes

Working collaboratively to resolve issues and share best practice

Contributing ideas to improve workflows and service standards

What we’re looking for

Minimum 7 years’ experience within Business Travel, Corporate Travel or a TMC

Strong understanding of corporate travel policy and compliance

Detail-driven, organised and process-focused

A collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset

Happy to work on one single dedicated account

What’s on offer

£34,000–£38,000 salary (DOE)
