As Customer Supply Chain Manager (Ecomm), you will be a key member of our Multi-Divisional Customer Supply Chain team working on one of our key e-comm players – Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, THG..
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of how we work as a multi divisional Supply Chain team with lots of key stakeholder exposure alongside working within a part of the business with lots of growth ambitions. You will be expected to play a key role in the management of the day-to-day relationship with your key customer accounts, to deliver against our roadmap and KPI’s.
This is an exciting opportunity to realise and drive forward efficiencies and best practises with experience across multiple divisions.
A DAY IN THE LIFE- Relationship Management:
Manage the relationship with key internal & external stakeholders to drive best in class customer service & collaboration. Attend & lead key meetings. - Reporting and Analysis on Key KPI Metrics:
Be responsible for data management, analysis & reporting. Use data insights to drive results and own and communicate these key Supply Chain KPI’s (Stock In Trade, On Line Availability etc) with relevant action plans. - Operational Execution:
Work to ensure perfect launch and promotional execution within your account and managing any key activity around Ecomm key moments i.e Black Friday/Cyber. - Intake Planning:
Work closely with commercial teams to help plan monthly intake. Share planning insights to maximise forecast accuracy, service and availability. - Collaborative Projects:
Work on delivering any strategic initiatives as directed whilst looking and implementing ways to improve and simplify our ways of working. - Order to Delivery Management:
Manage the order to delivery cycle for your customer, maximising service and minimising cost to serve. Support the discontinuations process. - Cost to Serve Analysis:
Ensure we provide the right service offering at the right cost. Demonstrate a clear understanding of CTS and ways to improve.
- Confidence in managing and influencing a variety of cross functional stakeholders, including senior management and can build trusting partnerships.
