Location: London - hybrid 50%
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 35 hours
PurposeThe Business Analyst drives analysis to deliver solutions that meet key business needs. You'll work with stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate options, and support end-to-end delivery. Using agile methods and best practices, you'll enable high-impact outcomes and coach others in problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Accountabilities- Lead expert business analysis activities to drive real business value for the organisation.
- Analyse complex needs and work with stakeholders to define and prioritise outcomes
- Partner with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to design practical, innovative solutions
- Provide data-driven insights to guide decisions and highlight key impacts
- Identify risks and support smooth implementation of change initiatives
- Mentor teams to strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Champion best practices for consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to clarify business, assess options, and support decision-making.
- Produce high-quality analysis deliverables such as process maps, requirements documents, user stories, and impact assessments.
- Support project teams by validating business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.
- Work with stakeholders to define success measures, acceptance criteria, and traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute analytical insight during solution design, challenging assumptions and ensuring feasibility from a business perspective.
- Provide structured analysis during change initiatives, including assessing readiness, identifying risks, and supporting adoption planning
- Experience in Financial Services is required. Experience working on customer-focused projects or programmes (such as customer experience, customer insight, or customer strategy) is desirable
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to balance priorities and long-term goals
- Skilled at solving complex problems with practical, structured solutions
- Experience in Agile business analysis, solution design, and risk management
- Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive improvements
- Clear communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative and delivery-focused, with a track record of supporting continuous improvement
