Job Description

Join Sprinklr’s EMEA sales leadership team as we continue to shape and build a high performance and collaborative sales organization across Europe. As a second-line sales leader, you’ll be essential in managing and expanding the UKI business, driving growth and shaping the future of customer experience with some of the world's most respected brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development :
    Inspire, mentor, and enable first-line managers and Account Executives, coach on best practices, conduct performance reviews, and foster a diverse culture of continuous improvement to drive excellence and engagement.
  • Sales Execution :
    Own territory management, lead Account Executives to achieve divisional revenue goals, oversee AE hiring and retention targets, and drive large, strategic deals to closure.
  • Deal Strategy :
    Navigate and structure complex, enterprise-wide SaaS deals, provide hands-on support to the team, champion MEDDPICC methodology, and re-qualify deals to maintain pipeline accuracy.
  • Forecasting & Reporting :
    Streamline sales activity data flow, evaluate data, and plan effectively to meet divisional goals while mitigating risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
    Partner with solutions consultancy, corporate marketing, and customer success to align strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development & Recruitment :
    Identify, recruit, and develop the next generation of sales leaders, cultivating a high-performing, diverse salesforce.
  • C-Level Engagement :
    Build and own relationships with customers and strategic partners at the C-level, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating Sprinklr’s solution value.
  • General Management Mindset :
    Operate with a GM mentality, taking full accountability for growth strategy, financial performance, and team leadership.
Who You Are & Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Leadership :
    Led and developed high-performance sales teams, transformed raw talent into top-performing AEs, managed at least four first-line managers and a total team of 20+ professionals.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise : 10‑15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with deep understanding of SaaS sales and complex deal closure.
  • Talent Developer :
    Track record of nurturing contributors into leadership, fostering learning, collaboration, and growth.
  • Passionate about Customer Experience :
    Thought leader in the customer experience revolution, knowledgeable of social media platforms and their business influence.
  • Relationship-Driven :
    Builds internal and external relationships, values long-term client relationships for sustainable growth.
  • Results-Oriented :
    Active field presence, engages in industry events, network, and supports the team in both in‑office and out‑of‑office environments.
  • Strategic & Analytical :
    Disciplined, structured, detail-oriented, manages pipeline accuracy, forecasts effectively, and leverages insights to optimize strategies.
