Job DescriptionAs an SWS Regional Resource Coordinator
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Strategic Workforce Services (SWS) vertical within our Global Incubation Hub
. This function is critical in meeting resourcing requirements across Customer Service and Support (CSS).
The Workforce Management Services (WMS) team oversees the contingent workforce budget for CSS Delivery and operates across three core focus areas: developing a sustainable talent pipeline, maintaining a flexible and dynamic workforce, and expanding capacity within Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with CSS Delivery Leadership to identify, plan for, and address workforce requirements.
- Allocate resources and manage workforce capacity to ensure optimal team performance and service delivery.
- Coordinate with approved suppliers to mobilise contingent resources efficiently.
- Drive workforce optimisation initiatives aligned with project and service delivery objectives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on workforce metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Regional and Global Directors, suppliers, and Employer of Record (EoR) partners.
- Manage Purchase Requisition s (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) as required.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and KPI deliverables, acting as the primary interface across all areas supported by WMS.
- Provide support to other Regional Resource Coordinators globally, as required.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating the use of AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in decision-making, negotiation, and risk assessment.
- Ability to deliver practical solutions while proactively mitigating or removing obstacles.
- Demonstrated capability to present effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including operational teams and senior leadership.
- Experience managing workforce plans, budget commitments, resource allocation, progress tracking, and delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
The following skills and experiences are advantageous but not essential:
- Experience using the Service Now platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies such as Six Sigma
, PMP
, or Agile delivery frameworks. - Data analysis and reporting experience.
- Exposure to or experience within customer support organisations.
- Experience in workforce management, business operations, project management, or workforce strategy.
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or Project Management.
