Lean Six Sigma/Business Improvement Specialist - International Operations A global specialty insurance organisation is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to support a significant multi-year growth strategy across its International division. This role sits within a central Business Improvement team and partners closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic, measurable process improvements across multiple geographies and functions. You will take ownership of complex improvement initiatives from discovery through to implementation, ensuring solutions are embedded into live operations and benefits are clearly tracked.

In parallel, you will help strengthen business-wide improvement capability and support wider change and system initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Lead departmental, cross-functional, and cross-divisional process improvement projects aligned to strategic priorities Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies end-to-end, from problem definition and root cause analysis through to sustainable control Engage and influence senior stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritise improvement opportunities Measure, track, and communicate improvement benefits using data-driven performance metrics Contribute to the development of process improvement frameworks, governance, training materials, and templates Support the wider Change Delivery function with process design input for strategic system and business change initiatives Act as a role model and advocate for continuous improvement across the organisation Key Skills & Experience In-depth, hands-on experience delivering Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt level or equivalent) Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional or multi-geographic improvement projects Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and risk reduction capabilities Ability to operate independently while managing multiple initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with in insurance, particularly the London Market, is desirable. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive meaningful change within a growing international business.
