Our client, a fast-growing global professional services firm, provides corporate, fiduciary, and regulatory services to leading private equity firms, hedge funds, CLO managers, trusts, and global financial institutions. With a presence across multiple international hubs, the organisation combines global expertise with practical, client-focused solutions.
They are seeking a Procurement Manager to drive the organisation’s global procurement strategy in London. This high-impact role is responsible for managing all supplier relationships, overseeing the procurement lifecycle, and implementing best-in-class processes across the business. The role offers exposure to complex, cross-border supplier engagements and the opportunity to influence procurement strategy across a rapidly growing international business.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all procurement activities, ensuring governance, due diligence, and compliance for all supplier engagements.
- Refine and streamline supplier onboarding, engagement, and ongoing management processes.
- Develop and maintain a contract renewal roadmap, oversee RFI/RFP processes, and negotiate complex agreements, including co-terming.
- Review proposals, Statements of Work, and pricing arrangements to maximize value and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with senior business support teams to ensure procurement aligns with overall business strategy.
- Conduct regular pricing reviews, contribute to budgeting, and monitor supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate records, contract history, and supplier documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in global financial services or professional services
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and co-terming agreements
- Strong analytical and financial skills to assess complex proposals and data.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded, able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
