Product Manager

To help us continue expanding our offerings, we’re in search of a product manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team in our drive to digitise our company and our service offerings. The ideal candidate should be a highly skilled market analyst with an eye for details.

We’re looking for a product leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow our market share.

• Drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs buy perspective.
• Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programmes to ensure they are met.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
• Appraise new product ideas and strategise appropriate go-to-market plans.

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organisation.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the Company across primary market segments.

• At least 3 years experience handling product management role;
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE CHINESE);
• Degree from a world class institution, Master’s degree preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organisational skills;
• Highly motivated, good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
• Experience in working in a multilingual and Chinese environment (ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE CHINESE).
