This role will be central to enhancing retailer performance, maintaining commercial discipline, and ensuring consistent brand execution across the network. Key areas of responsibility include improving finance floorplan usage, leading structured performance evaluations, safeguarding brand standards, and strengthening the Used Car Programme.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for retailer finance floorplan performance, utilisation, and optimisation
Establish clear commercial guidelines and promote best practice across the retail network
Partner with finance providers and retailers to identify challenges, opportunities, and efficiency gains
Ensure retailer sites uphold brand requirements across presentation, operations, and customer experience
Carry out routine site visits and audits, delivering structured feedback and improvement plans
Support retailers with facility upgrades, refurbishment projects, and brand compliance activities
Lead comprehensive composite performance reviews across sales, finance, aftersales, used vehicles, and customer-related indicators
Track progress against established KPIs and agreed actions, ensuring continuous improvement
Use performance data to spotlight strong-performing retailers and identify those needing targeted support
Strengthen adoption and consistency of the brand's Used Car Programme
Promote best practice to improve used car profitability and enhance overall brand reputation
Undertake additional duties as directed by senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Commercial Analysis, or a related area
Minimum of 3 years' experience within the automotive OEM environment
Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, outcome‑driven working style
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
Experience collaborating with agencies or external service partners
Confident, diligent, adaptable, and resilient, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
English required as the working language
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region
