Head of Partnerships

Overview

Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $100M+ from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lower carbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang (ex-CRO, Revolut) and Charles Orr (ex-Strategy, Revolut & Mosaic Ventures).

We are building one of the most ambitious energy companies on the planet — integrating renewable generation, trading infrastructure, supply operations, and entirely new customer products. Fuse is designed for people who want to operate at extreme velocity and ownership.

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal) and act as Fuse Energy's senior commercial representative to external partners.

• Own and execute Fuse Energy's partnerships strategy in line with growth objectives
• Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships
• Structure and close partnership deals with clear commercial and performance metrics
• Scale and optimise partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Act as the senior point of contact for key partners and internal stakeholders
• Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI

• 6-10+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, comfortable owning complex deals
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on
• Data-driven, with experience evaluating performance and ROI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving company
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
