MISSION Hubs is an international Partner ecosystem of independent, privately owned, agencies of all disciplines that collaborate with each other and the MISSION Group on new business opportunities and existing client projects. Since its foundation in 2023, MISSION Hubs has grown to include 39 agencies across 35 countries with an ambition to grow rapidly over the coming years.

Introduction

As MISSION Hubs grows, we’re looking for a self-motivated, naturally curious individual to join our team. This is a complex, non-traditional agency role working with the leaders of MISSION’s Partner agencies, and The MISSION Group’s businesses. It will suit an organised individual with excellent people skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in account management, business development, and/or sales. They will enjoy problem solving and “joining the dots” to find solutions, whilst working with a culturally diverse, national and international customer base.

We are a business that has a non-hierarchical approach (if it needs doing, we find a way to make it happen) and, is built on relationships that are intern built on trust, transparency and over-delivery.

Responsibilities

This role will primarily see the successful applicant supporting three groups of people:

  • The MISSION Hubs Partner agency leaders (external)
  • The MISSION Group agencies (internal)
  • The MISSION leaders and their teams (internal)
Responsibilities – Details
  • Support:
    Engaging in proactive Partner support and become a ‘trusted advisor’.
  • Building, maintaining, and growing relationships with all existing Partners.
  • Responding to Partner and MISSION agency requests in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • To work on and enact individual Partner retention plans.
  • To on-board new Partner agencies as they join.
  • To support the MISSION leaders as needed.
  • Sales:
    Selling the MISSION Hubs offer to prospective partner agencies.
  • Promoting the MISSION Hubs third-party vendor marketplace to prospects.
  • Promote the MISSION Hubs Forum and other income generating events.
  • Support in the creation of presentation materials and deliver clear, engaging presentations to prospective partners.
  • To identify and approach potential agencies to become new MISSION Hubs Partners.
  • Events:
    Assisting the planning and implementation of MISSION Hubs events such as the Forum.
  • From time-to-time attending third-party events (in the UK and overseas) to collect and share learning with the Hubs ecosystem in writing, by video, or in-person. Travel opportunities are part of the role, with reasonable adjustments considered.
  • To support in the creation and management of specialist micro networks /interest group within the broader Hubs ecosystem.
  • Outreach:
    Managing MISSION Hubs social media channels including You Tube content creation and email communications (newsletters) to Partners.
  • To develop and deliver bespoke, individual Partner plans to ensure each Partner gets the most from their relationship with the MISSION Hubs ecosystem.
  • Financial:
    To be aware of, support, and act in the delivery of MISSION Hub’s financial goals and those of the broader MISSION Group.
  • To develop a mature commercial understanding of the agency environment to support MISSION Hubs Partners with their goals.
  • Question:

Candidate Profile
  • A curious personality, always open to learning new things.
  • A lateral thinking individual, able to analysis issues and find solutions.
  • Enjoys the sales process.
  • Effective communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Persistent, patient and understanding.
  • Self-motivated and organised.
  • Experience working with agencies or similar professional services businesses.
  • Social media literate and able to create basic content Linked In/You Tube primarily.
  • Previous account management experience would be a benefit.
