Operations Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge our London-based operations  will be part of a lean, high intensity team, and get direct exposure to high performers coming from Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading.

Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewables to power the world. We've raised $90m from top tier investors like Multocoin, Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lower carbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut and was an investor at Mosaic Ventures.

You are hungry, astute, and ready to roll up your sleeves, with up to 2 years' work experience.

Analysts work across our Supply and Installs functions to support the delivery and scaling of our core energy products. This includes owning operational analytics and improving processes across our metering, supply, and back-office operations.

Some of the tasks you may work on include:

• Analysing metering and installs performance to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery outcomes
• Building dashboards, models, and reporting that enable engineers and operations teams to track and manage day-to-day performance
• Optimising core supply processes, including billing, switching, trading, and finance
• Improving how supply, installs, and customer operations interact by designing better data flows and operational processes
• Developing a strong understanding of the energy market and regulatory environment as the business scales

• Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
• Track record of exceptional achievement

• Very clear communicator
• Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
• Ability to work well individually or in a team
• London-based or willing to relocate
