Position: Business Development Manager NW1 £60,000

Description Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically in complex care and learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area/s
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer and candidate base in the assigned geographical area/s
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services to clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a strong market presence
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
