What you’ll be doing :
  • Leading and developing a field sales team, setting clear goals and coaching for performance.
  • Driving execution of commercial strategies to deliver growth in wholesale and convenience.
  • Building strong relationships with regional customers and opening new accounts.
  • Using data and insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
What you’ll need to bring:
  • A proven track record in field sales leadership within FMCG or wholesale.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and driving both results and culture.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence using data to inform decisions.
  • A coaching mindset with the ability to inspire and energise others.
