Procurement Manager – Corporate Services | London (8 days per month)

£75,000 + £7,500 Car allowance + 20% Bonus + additional benefits

Talent Drive are supporting a well established organisation in London with the recruitment of a Procurement Manager, focusing across a Corporate Services portfolio. The role has come available due to internal promotion.

This role will suit someone with strong indirect procurement experience, who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and leading end-to-end sourcing activity across key business services.

Category scope is expected to include:

• HR / People Services
• Recruitment & Talent solutions
• Professional Services
• Marketing services

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing sourcing projects from opportunity assessment through to contract award
• Leading tender processes (RFP/RFQ) and supplier selection
• Supporting contract negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements
• Developing category plans and identifying cost and value opportunities
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting governance improvements

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Experience with in indirect / corporate services procurement
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation capability
• Experience working with a range of third party suppliers
