French Speaking Export Sales Coordinator
Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
Fixed term contract

Main duties:
Act as a bilingual (French/English) coordinator between group companies, sales teams, distributors, suppliers, and service providers to support the international supply and distribution of automotive products

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to manage orders and resolve issues
• Plan and manage international shipments, logistics, export clearance, and insurance
• Prepare and issue all shipping, customs, and dangerous goods documentation accurately and on time
• Manage invoicing, payments, AR/AP accounts, and customer credit limits
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
• Help analyse gross profit, P&L, and month/year-end financial results
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide French/English support driving continuous improvement and supporting team activities.

• Fluent in French to a very high standard – Essential
• Previous experience in Exports logistics
• Knowledge of IMCO terms
• Experience with in manufacturing environment would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
• Proactive and dynamic personality
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
• Able to work under pressure
