You will join a pioneering biotech venture as an early-career generalist operator supporting the CEO and COO during a high-intensity growth phase. This hands‑on, 6‑month fixed‑term role involves managing commercial admin, customer outreach, and operational logistics. • Work directly with the executive team during a critical commercial expansion and GTM execution phase.

• Support the CEO and COO with day‑to‑day commercial execution, including preparing quotes, invoices, and CRM management.

• Coordinate logistics for the wider team, including travel, international events, and practical market intelligence gathering.

• At least one year of industry experience, preferably within a fast‑paced startup or biotech/agtech environment.
• A proactive, execution‑minded generalist who thrives in low‑control environments and enjoys "getting stuck in."
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers and navigate commercial negotiations.
