Nifty
50 is a luxury production company delivering high-end film, photography, and creative content for premium brands and clients. We are seeking a highly organised, confident, and professional Personal Assistant to support one of our Directors / Founders.

This is a front-facing role working in close partnership with a fast-paced creative leader. You will act as a trusted right hand, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to a demanding schedule that spans creative leadership, client relationships, and travel.

This is not a production role. It is a true Personal Assistant position, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, ownership, discretion, and working closely with senior leadership in a creative, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

You will primarily support one Director, working closely across the projects they lead and collaborating with the wider Nifty
50 team as required. The Director leads Nifty
50’s creative and marketing function and requires consistent, proactive support to manage competing priorities effectively.

The role involves managing a complex diary, handling high-level client communications, tracking deadlines, and ensuring key actions and deliverables are followed through. A core part of the role is helping remove pressure points - keeping communication clear, timelines visible, and priorities moving.

The Director travels frequently, so you must be comfortable working remotely, communicating clearly at a distance, and taking ownership once trained, including confidently following up where needed to keep things on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end diary management, balancing professional and personal commitments with a high level of discretion
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client communications, drafting and managing polished, professional correspondence
  • Preparing client-facing presentations, briefs, and decks that are well-structured and thoughtfully presented
  • Tracking deadlines and deliverables across projects, ensuring follow-through and accountability
  • Processing expenses and invoices on behalf of the Director, maintaining accurate and organised records
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Attending meetings, shoots, or events alongside the Director as needed, representing both the Director and Nifty
    50 professionally
  • Anticipating priorities and proactively following up to maintain momentum across commitments
  • Supporting light marketing and brand activity where appropriate, in collaboration with the wider team
  • Assisting with ad hoc internal projects and operational tasks in a fast-growing business
  • Occasional driving may be required; a valid driver’s licence is beneficial but not essential

About You

You do not need prior experience as a Personal Assistant. However, you must demonstrate exceptional organisational ability, excellent communication skills, and the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

You may come from a background in communications, marketing, administration, client services, or another professional environment where clarity, confidence, and organisation were essential.

You are:

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • A strong written communicator with excellent spelling, grammar, and presentation
  • Confident and personable in client-facing and professional settings
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
  • Socially aware, with good judgement around tone, brand, and audience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, vision-led environment
  • Able to take ownership and operate independently once trained
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion at all times

Growth & Exposure

This role offers hands-on exposure to high-profile clients, creative projects, and senior stakeholders within a luxury production environment. You will work closely with an entrepreneurial Director, gaining insight into how premium creative businesses operate at a senior level.

As Nifty
50 continues to grow, there may be opportunities for the right person to take on additional responsibility over time. While this is fundamentally a PA role, there may be scope to support select marketing, brand, or communications initiatives where aligned with business needs and individual strengths. We are seeking someone committed to building trust and stability in this role, with a view to growing alongside the company rather than treating the position as a short-term stepping stone.

How to Apply

Please submit:

  • Your CV, and
  • A cover letter and/or short video introduction outlining why you would be a strong fit for this role (highly regarded)

Successful applicants will progress to a paid working trial period prior to any formal offer being confirmed.
