The Role

Are you a strategic relationship builder with the commercial acumen to drive value for the world’s most iconic automotive brands? We are looking for a sophisticated, high-energy and insightful Senior Partnership Manager to own the high-level relationships between Formula E and its elite Team and Manufacturer partners.

You are the primary architect of partner success. You are a trusted advisor to global giants like Porsche and Jaguar, ensuring their association with the World Championship delivers transformative business results. You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and on-the-ground marketing activation, ensuring every initiative reflects the innovation and sustainability at the heart of the sport. If you can navigate complex corporate hierarchies and have the drive to unlock new revenue streams, you will be the driving force behind our partners' long-term growth.

This position is based at the Formula E HQ in London and involves international travel to race locations.

  • Strategic Client Management & Value Growth: As the lead for a portfolio of Team and Manufacturer partners, you will cultivate deep, high-level relationships built on trust and performance. You will move beyond tactical delivery to understand your partners' long-term business objectives, proactively proposing innovative solutions that maximise their ROI and ensure long-term retention within the championship.

  • Campaign Innovation & Strategic Activation: You will lead the development and implementation of forward-thinking marketing initiatives that align partner goals with Formula E’s global platform. From digital integration to trackside hospitality and PR, you will ensure every asset is executed to a best-in-class standard, delivering measurable outcomes against rigorous KPIs and global brand standards.

  • Operational Excellence & Financial Oversight: You will own the end-to-end delivery of all contracted rights, maintaining strict adherence to internal processes to ensure efficiency and service quality. You will have full oversight of relevant budgets and P&L, monitoring progress and providing insightful, data-driven reporting to both internal leadership and external stakeholders to showcase partnership success.

What we're looking for in you
  • The Strategic Relationship Expert: You have a proven track record in a senior client-facing role, ideally within the sports or entertainment industry. You don't just manage accounts; you grow them. You have a deep understanding of the automotive or tech landscape and the commercial acumen required to identify and close new revenue opportunities.

  • The Data-Driven Marketer: You possess a sharp, analytical mindset and use data to inform your decisions. You are an expert at measuring campaign success and can translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. You are comfortable using project management tools to keep global activations on track.

  • The Adaptable Leader: You thrive in the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of a global touring championship. You are a a can-do problem solver who can work with minimal supervision, navigating local cultures and international markets with ease. You are a clear, persuasive communicator ready to embrace the travel required to support our partners on the world stage.
