The Role x SailGP Championship is the most exciting racing on water, where anything can happen in short, adrenaline-fueled battles between national teams at iconic stadium destinations worldwide. Top athletes fly in identical high-tech F50 catamarans faster than the wind, at speeds in excess of 100 km/h (60 mph). The Premium Experience Manager will lead the conceptual development and strategic direction of our premium spaces across SailGP events. This role will define the creative vision, oversee the look and feel and nurture partnerships that bring a high‑end, aspirational dimension to our guest experience such as Nikki Beach and La Folie Douce.
Key Responsibilities- Premium Concept Development
- Own and develop the creative vision for the premium experience, aligning with the Marketing team on brand direction and market trends.
- Lead the ideation of themes, spatial design concepts, guest touchpoints and the overall experiential journey within the premium space.
- Collaborate with internal creative, operations and brand teams to bring the concept to life.
- Brand & Aesthetic Direction
- Define and uphold the visual identity, tone and ambiance of the premium environment.
- Set creative standards for everything within the premium offering at each event whether a premium grandstand, waterfront premium or other product such as chalets.
- Curate or approve all visual and experiential elements to ensure premium positioning is consistently maintained.
- Partnership Management
- Act as the key contact for high‑profile lifestyle and hospitality partners such as Nikki Beach and La Folie Douce.
- Lead partnership strategy, from concept alignment and integration to ongoing relationship growth.
- Ensure all partners deliver against brand expectations and enhance the overall guest offering.
- Experience Curation & Programming
- Curate a programme for the premium spaces across activations, entertainment and more.
- Identify emerging trends and cultural opportunities to keep the premium experience fresh, relevant and aspirational.
- Brand Representation & Advocacy
- Serve as a brand ambassador for the premium offering, both internally and externally.
- Present and pitch experience concepts to senior stakeholders and partners.
- Stay ahead of luxury lifestyle trends to position our premium space as an industry leader.
- Promotes SailGP Values and contributes to a positive culture

- Effectively presents with impact
- Experience in brand experience, luxury hospitality or experiential marketing.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of premium and lifestyle audiences.
- Proven experience managing high‑profile brand or hospitality partnerships.
- Understanding of operational feasibility for concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for culture, events and crafting exceptional guest moments.
Location: SailGP HQ in London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office. This role will have event travel.
