Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Partnership Manager to join our ever evolving Integrated Payments Partnerships team and help us unleash the potential of every business.

What You’ll Own
  • End‑to‑end ownership of partner relationships, ensuring long‑term growth, satisfaction, and commercial performance.
  • Delivery of partnership revenue targets, including in‑year performance, pipeline generation, and long‑term book growth.
  • Governance and performance rhythm, including quarterly reviews, forecasting, portfolio management, and issue escalation.
  • Cross‑functional coordination, working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive partner success and remove blockers.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in managing and growing partner relationships, with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes through collaboration.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities, able to influence at multiple levels both internally and externally.
  • High level of ownership, organisation, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure seamless execution across teams.
It’s a bonus if you have
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems, channel models, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • A background in commercial negotiation, contracting, or co‑selling motions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), pipeline management, and forecasting rhythms.
  • Knowledge of the payments, fintech, or software partnerships landscape (or willingness to quickly build this expertise).
