Job Summary

• Job Title: Business Development Manager
• Industry: Interior Design and Renovation
• Location: Near Lentor MRT

• Identify and capitalize on high‑margin business opportunities and develop long‑term objectives to secure market share.
• Explore alternative growth channels such as joint ventures or sub‑contracts, and source competitive pricing from vendors.
• Actively visit direct and indirect clients to broaden the customer base and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the market.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions. Build relationships with overseas agents and vendors through hosting in Singapore or attending international conferences.
• Gather and analyze data on competitors to inform business strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business

  , or equivalent, and prior experience in the interior design or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development
  , strategic planning
  , and lead generation
  .
• Strong ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships (CRM).
• Proficient in researching market trends to spot viable business opportunities
