As a Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and closing opportunities in Energy, oil, gas and construction clients to build influential relationships, new logos and existing large accounts where there is a significant headroom for business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities in Energy, oil, gas and construction industry.
- Develop sales strategy and drive engagements with key stakeholders.
- Build CxO‑level relationships with clients, partners, and advisors in the market.
- Develop value‑based sales propositions, understand competition, and support clients in defining, developing, and delivering their strategy through all stages of implementation, including developing business cases and roadmaps for transformation.
- Identify and develop transformation‑led long‑term deals with significant sets of core services TCS has to offer.
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Proven detailed knowledge of Energy, Oil and Gas, construction sector including at least one key account.
- Ability to take on and deliver agreed sales targets.
- Knowledge of selling Digital Services, IT Services and BPO.
- Proven ability to engage at C‑Level and develop tailored sales plans at an account level.
