Overview

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to assist with the delivery of our suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B payment processes, experience working in an IT-driven environment, and a passion for delivering forward-thinking products that address the unique needs of our clients. As a Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to launch and iteration with a key focus on driving innovation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver seamless, scalable, and future-ready payment solutions. Role reports to the Head of Product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy, Innovation &

    Roadmap:

    Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for payment solutions targeted at business suppliers, with a strong focus on innovation; identify trends and opportunities to create new ideas and/or improve existing solutions to elevate the company portfolio of payment solutions; foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the product team; conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback assessments to uncover opportunities for breakthrough product features and enhancements;

    align the innovative product vision with business goals, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement.
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
    Manage the entire product development process, from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation; collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritise innovative features, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that push industry boundaries; lead product iterations based on customer feedback, market changes, emerging technologies, and business needs; prototype and validate new product concepts and features to ensure that innovation efforts are both practical and valuable.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the adoption and success of new and innovative product features; partner with design and UX teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly payment solutions that stand out in the market; communicate product updates, releases, and innovative enhancements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven Decision Making:
    Use data and analytics to drive product decisions, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation; set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of innovative solutions on customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Customer Focus & Innovative Problem Solving:
    Engage directly with business suppliers to understand their pain points and uncover opportunities for creative, innovative solutions; serve as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring payment solutions meet and exceed the evolving needs of B2B suppliers; regularly explore new methods, technologies, and partnerships to push the envelope in solving complex industry problems.
  • Compliance & Security:
    Ensure that payment solutions comply with relevant financial regulations and standards, while innovating around secure and compliant methods; collaborate with legal and security teams to implement robust compliance and data security measures without stifling innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a Technology business.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven and innovative decisions.
