Digital plays a central role in how the brand connects with its community, and this role offers the opportunity to shape an online experience that reflects both commercial ambition and long-term values.
The RoleAs E-commerce / Digital Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and evolving the brand’s online presence, ensuring the digital experience feels intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s purpose.
You’ll balance commercial performance with customer experience, working closely with CRM, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure digital channels support meaningful relationships with customers as well as sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and developing the e-commerce proposition across direct digital channels
- Managing the Shopify platform to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Improving online performance through optimisation of journeys and content
- Develop and implement strategic eCommerce sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the online sales channels and ensure optimal performance and profitability.
- Working closely with CRM teams to integrate Klaviyo across on-site and lifecycle journeys
- Using data and insight to guide decisions while keeping the customer at the centre
- Planning and delivering launches, campaigns, and seasonal activity with care and consistency
- Collaborating across teams to deliver a joined-up, values-led digital experience
- Establishing clear measures of success to understand impact and inform improvement
- Leading ongoing testing and refinement to continuously improve the digital journey
- Proven experience within E-commerce within either retail, FMCG or food & Drink.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo
- Strong experience across UX and UI.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic eCommerce sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the online sales channels and ensure optimal performance and profitability.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions without losing sight of the bigger picture
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
