Associate – Private Equity (Lower Mid-Market), Europe
A leading global private equity fund is hiring an Associate to join its Lower Mid-Market European investment team. The role offers hands‑on exposure across the full deal lifecycle, with a strong focus on value creation and operational impact.
Responsibilities- Support deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio management
- Lead commercial and operational analysis during due diligence
- Work closely with portfolio company management on value creation initiatives
- Prepare investment committee materials and monitor portfolio performance
- Gain broad exposure across pan-European transactions
- 2–4 years’ experience from a top‑tier strategy consulting firm
- Strong commercial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset with interest in Lower Mid‑Market PE
- European exposure preferred; additional languages a plus
