The Assistant Digital Trading Manager will play a pivotal role in driving day-to-day ecommerce performance while supporting strategic initiatives. You’ll sit between junior assistants and senior trading leaders, adding commercial insight, managing priorities and ensuring the site consistently delivers against sales and customer experience targets.
Role Highlights- Support execution of the online trading and merchandising strategy across markets
- Own onsite campaign delivery, promotions and trading events end-to-end
- Analyse daily, weekly and seasonal performance to identify growth opportunities
- Optimise navigation, onsite search and product placement to improve conversion
- Support all team members, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital trading or online merchandising
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence analysing sales and KPI data
- Experience forecasting, trading performance or supporting revenue targets
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt quickly
- Confidence collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring junior team members
- Hybrid working from creative East London studios in Shoreditch
